If you are having login issues, please try following steps:


1.     Launch the Settings app.

2.     Go to General -> iPhone Storage-> Kidplan.

3.     Choose Delete app.

4.     Re-download the Kidplan app from the App Store.


1.     Open the phone settings.

2.     Go to Apps -> Kidplan -> Storage.

3.     Tap Clear data.

4.     Launch the app and log in.

Update app

Go to Kidplan in App Store or Google Play.
If «Update» does not appear, then the latest version is installed.
